• Should I tip my technicians? This is a question we are often asked and the answer is, although tips are greatly appreciated, they are not required! 100% of all tips go straight to our technicians.
• Are we licensed and insured? Yes!
• Am I required to sign a contract? We do not require a contract for our residential clients! However, most of our clients prefer to be set up on recurring cleanings. The reoccurring clean can be set up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly! The reoccurring services may be cancelled at anytime as long as you provide a 48 hour or greater notice. Contracts are required for commercial clients*
• Do we provide professional carpet cleaning and/or upholstery cleaning? We do offer professional carpet cleaning! We have a truck mount system that is capable of cleaning carpets with steam + hot water extraction.
• Do you offer an all natural only product solution? We do not, however we do provide our own supplies with each clean. If you have a product preference, you’re welcome to provide them and we will use those! Just note that upon booking your appt!
• Do I have to be home while my home is being cleaned? We prefer that you are present the first time to welcome our technicians in and show them around, but this is not mandatory. After the initial appointment, most of our customers have a customized keypad entry for us, leave the door unlocked, or leave a key. You are more than welcome to be home if you would like to during any of your cleans. If choosing to stay, we do ask that everyone stay in one area of the home to make cleaning more efficient.
