PLEASE READ BELOW FOR INFORMATION REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and it is hard to fill your spot last minute.

BASIC CLEAN CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments rescheduled or canceled with 48 hours or more notice are able to do so with no charge. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with 24-48 hours notice will result in a 50% fee. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with 24 hours or less notice will result in full service charge.

DEEP CLEAN CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 50% non-refundable fee is due upon booking. This 50% is applied toward your total. Remainder of payment is collected upon arrival day of your appointment. When booking a deep clean with us, we reserve the ENTIRE day for your clean. Therefore; Appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to appointment will forfeit 50% pre-paid deposit.

**CHANGES MADE DUE TO EMERGENCIES FOR BASIC AND DEEP CLEANS WILL BE DISCUSSED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS WITH CLIENT**

By booking with us you allow us to photograph before and after images. No personal information with be displayed.
